Collection & Use of Information
We collect only the information necessary to deliver our consulting services effectively. Information provided by the client will be used solely for the purposes of the agreed engagement. We do not use client information for marketing, distribution, or unrelated business purposes without prior written consent.
Confidentiality
All documents, data, and communications shared with us are treated as strictly confidential. We will not disclose client information to third parties except: where required by law; or where the client provides written authorisation.
Data Security
We take reasonable steps to protect client information from unauthorised access, alteration, or disclosure. Where third-party tools or cloud services are used, we ensure they meet appropriate data security standards.
Non-Disclosure
Our consultants are bound by confidentiality obligations and will not share any proprietary or sensitive information learned during the engagement. This obligation continues beyond the completion of the engagement.
Data Retention & Deletion
We retain client data only for as long as necessary to complete the engagement and to meet legal or regulatory requirements. Upon request, client data will be securely deleted or returned.
Client Rights
Clients have the right to access, update, or request deletion of personal data held by us. Any such requests can be made in writing to hello@sherwoodfoundry.com
Amendments
We may update these terms from time to time. Clients will be notified of any material changes.
